CAWST Household Water Treatment Survey 2008
Welcome to the 2008 CAWST Survey on Household Water Treatment (HWT)
Thank you for taking time to provide information about your HWT results, plans and training to CAWST. We rely on receiving your results to engage funders and stakeholders in supporting HWT programs world-wide, and to estimate the impact of HWT on the poor in developing countries.
Time to complete the online survey is approximately 5-20 minutes, depending on the extent of your program.
Feel free to download and print a copy of the survey to review the questions and compile required data before completing the online form.
Instructions:
- Report all project results and plans as of June 1, 2008
- Click “Start Survey” below to begin
- Complete all questions on a page, and then click the “Next” button
- To return to a previous page, click the “Back” button on the top menu of your internet browser
- Click “Submit” on the final page to enter your organization into the prize draw for $500.00 towards your HWT program (Only one entry per organization will be accepted. The winner will be notified in July)
